Introducing Venetian by Barnhouse Interiors

Venetian plaster is a decorative wall finish inspired by traditional Italian techniques using mineral-based materials to create depth, texture and movement within a surface.

After years specialising in heritage lime plastering, we wanted to expand into decorative finishes that still focus on craftsmanship, natural materials and hand-applied surfaces.

We trained with PaintTech Academy using premium Italian decorative systems developed by Valpaint Italy, combining modern decorative techniques with traditional plastering knowledge.

Planned finishes include polished Venetian plaster, textured lime surfaces, concrete effects, metallic finishes and bespoke feature walls.

The service is currently in development while we complete existing Heritage projects, create sample boards and completing showcase walls ahead of official launch.
